Ms. Mills, a new 11th grade math teacher works with a small group of students with disabilities. Her classes consist of no more then ten students and she teaches math. “I have heard great things about the teachers and students and I would say, working here allowed me to work with students with disabilities.” This isn’t Ms. Mills’ first time in the schooling environment either. “I have worked in two different districts, this is my sixth year teaching. I have worked at Kiptopeke Elementary and Woodbridge High School.”

When asked what she brings for lunch, Ms. Mills’ responded by saying, “I do not [eat cafeteria food] I bring leftovers from the night before. I might bring chicken salad, or a cheese and crackers, but a very small lunch.”

So far the school year has been going great for Ms. Mills. She hasn’t been having any issues at all. “I have wonderful students who are motivated and work hard I also have wonderful paras (teacher assistants) to work with too,” She adds. Ms Mills is looking forward to the rest of the school year.
