Many people know that the original Flappy Bird no longer exists on the app store. As of 2013 the owner (Dong Nguyen) took the game off the app store. People then went crazy over phones with the app still installed, paying nearly $1,000 for phones that still had the app. App developers went crazy trying to recreate the game.
